Terms of Service

These terms cover everything sold or given away by Axis Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AXIS Desk ("AXIS Desk", "we", "us"), at axisdesk.org, app.axisdesk.org, our Whop store and our Discord server. Buying, joining or using any of it means you accept these terms. If anything is unclear, email support@axisdesk.org before you buy.

1. What we sell

AXIS Desk sells education and software for futures traders who use the Sierra Chart platform. The products are described in full on axisdesk.org and on each Whop product page, which form part of these terms:

• Software subscriptions (AXIS Order Flow Studies, AXIS Options Flow Studies, the AXIS Dashboard, the AXIS Journal and The Full Desk): a licence to use the named software for as long as your subscription is paid.
• Digital files (The Book): Sierra Chart chartbook layouts, delivered as files.
• Education programs (AXIS OTP): a fixed-length group program with live calls, joined from the Full Desk.
• Free material (The 9 O'Clock, published research, notes and tools): yours to read and use for your own trading.

2. The licence

Software licences are personal to you and tied to the Sierra Chart account name you give at checkout. You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the studies, the dashboard, the layouts or the members' material, or pass your access to anyone else. Doing so ends your access immediately, without a refund. Studies stop working at the first Sierra Chart restart after your subscription lapses.

3. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Whop. Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule chosen at checkout (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Prices are shown before tax; Whop adds sales tax where it applies and shows the full total before you pay. If you pay through a financing provider offered at checkout, your repayment agreement is with that provider.

You can cancel any time from your Whop account (Memberships, then Cancel), or by emailing support@axisdesk.org. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not billed again. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: AXIS Order Flow Studies carries a 48-hour money-back window on the first payment; AXIS OTP is refunded in full if you cancel within 48 hours of paying. Renewals are not refunded. Charges made in error are always refunded.

5. Not advice, and no promise of results

AXIS Desk publishes market research, software and educational material. Nothing we publish, say on a call or post in a channel is a trade recommendation, a signal, an offer to buy or sell anything, or personal investment advice. Every trading decision is yours. We are not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or broker.

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Most traders lose money. Past results, whether real or from tests on historical data, do not predict future results. We do not promise that you will be profitable, consistent or funded.

6. Data and availability

The studies, dashboard and briefs depend on market data, third-party services and software we do not control. They can be late, stale or wrong. We label stale data where we can see it and fix what we find, but we do not guarantee that any of it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

7. Community rules

Be respectful in the Discord and on calls. No spam, no selling, no signal-calling, no sharing members' material outside the community, and no sharing anyone else's trades or personal details. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, and a removed member's access ends.

8. Our work

The studies, dashboard, layouts, briefs, research, notes, tools, downloads and recordings belong to AXIS Desk. You may quote a line with a link back. You may not republish, resell or use them to train a model.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of anything we provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and any change that affects what paying members receive is announced to members before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
