We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we never use it to follow you around the web. Your trading journal is yours: nobody at AXIS looks at it unless you choose to share it.

What we collect

Your journal is private unless you share it

Your journal is visible only to you. In the journal's Share with AXIS page you can turn on sharing, for example on AXIS OTP so we can go through your trades with you each day.

The honest limit. Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers. The people who run those servers (the two AXIS partners, and the hosting company's own staff) can technically reach stored data outside the dashboard. We only do that to keep the service running, fix problems or answer a request from you, never to look at a member's trading. The sharing switch controls what the dashboard shows; it doesn't encrypt your data so that even the server can't read it.

Who else handles it

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Journal data: until you delete it (the journal's Disconnect page deletes every uploaded trade and your notes) or ask us to close your account. Email list addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask. Customer records: as long as you are a member, then as long as tax and accounting law requires. Page counts are anonymous and kept indefinitely.

Your choices

Email info@axisdesk.org to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it. You can delete your journal data yourself at any time from the journal's Disconnect page. The site isn't meant for anyone under 18.
