Refund Policy

Our products are digital, and access starts as soon as you pay: the studies are licensed to your Sierra Chart account, the dashboard opens and members' material is delivered. That is why each product has its own clear refund rule, set out below. To request a refund, email support@axisdesk.org from the email address you bought with. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method.

AXIS Order Flow Studies: 48-hour money-back

If AXIS Order Flow Studies isn't for you, email us within 48 hours of joining and your first payment is refunded in full. After 48 hours, you can cancel any time and won't be charged again, but payments already made are not refunded.

AXIS OTP (6-week program)

You have 48 hours from paying to book your onboarding call or cancel. Cancel inside those 48 hours and the bootcamp payment is refunded in full. Once 48 hours have passed, the bootcamp payment is not refunded. The Full Desk membership that AXIS OTP requires follows the Full Desk terms below.

Other products

The Full Desk, AXIS Options Flow Studies, the AXIS Dashboard, the AXIS Journal and The Book are not refundable once access has been delivered. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Always refunded

• A duplicate charge, or a charge made in error.
• A charge made after you cancelled.
• Any refund the law where you live requires and that cannot be waived.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not refunded. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge: Whop, Memberships, Cancel, or email support@axisdesk.org and we will cancel it for you.

EU and UK customers

EU and UK law gives a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our products are digital and access starts immediately, checkout asks you to agree to immediate access and to confirm that you lose that 14-day right once access begins. Our own refund rules above still apply.

Financed purchases

If you paid through a financing provider offered at checkout, an approved refund is returned through that provider, and your repayment balance is adjusted under its terms.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer every request, and an open chargeback pauses your access while it is reviewed.
